You must submit a copy of your Failure Notice from the CSLB to: Academy License Center PO Box 4643 Diamond Bar, CA  91765, to receive a refund.  Your eligibility for a refund is limited to12 months from the date you purchased your course.  Any refund requests dated after the 12 month period of course purchase will be considered invalid and is therefore nonrefundable. You also have the option to not request a refund but to continue to have us work with you and provide any additional study materials or updates until you have successfully passed your State Contractor Exam.
