Academy License Center guarantees our students to pass the California State License Exam on the First attempt, or we will pay for your state re-exam fees.  If you should fail on your 2nd attempt to pass the state exam,  we will give you a full refund for the part or parts (Law or Trade) that you failed.  

You must submit a copy of your Failure Notice from the CSLB to: Academy License Center, PO Box 63, Alhambra, CA  91802, to receive a refund.  Your eligibility for a refund is limited to12 months from the date you purchased your course.  Due to the time sensitivity of our course material, any refund requests dated after the 12 month period following course purchase will be considered invalid and is therefore non-refundable.  The "Application Processing Service" expires 12 months from the date purchased.   If the service is not utilized within 12 months, the applicant may reorder the service for $50.  Please contact the course director for more details.  Please note "Application Processing" is a service and not eligible for refunds once processing has occurred.
